McFarlin UMC Kid Zone After-School Program is Hiring an After-School Teacher Near Norman, OK
We are looking for a dynamic after-school teacher to join our after-school program. In this role, you'll be in charge of overseeing and/or planning daily activities, preparing learning materials (incorporating STREAM activities), transporting students by bus from their school to Kid Zone, and helping students with homework.
To ensure success as an after-school teacher, you should be able to encourage social, physical, and intellectual growth within children and possess a strategic mindset. Ultimately, a top-notch after-school teacher should be a friendly, approachable individual with a passion for teaching and excellent communication skills.
Must pass a background check.
Job will begin in August with the new school year. There will be work/professional development days leading up to the start day.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
